New Town Houses

Hows the general safety of the area?
5 stars. During day and at night, the neighborhood would have the same safety level. Not an urban setting, much more community-based. We saw many people on their front porches reading the newspaper or a book.

Yes, there is an elementary school in the heart of Tremont.

Demographic of residents?
There are many young, single people yet also some older, more established population. The mix of residents make for an eclectic atmosphere.

Whats the nightlife like?
There are lots of bars and restaurants open late. In the summer, patio space is used as a hang-put spot for many young people.

There is a popular cupcake and ice cream shop as well. A lot of local artists have art walks throughout the year, including Cleveland Fashion Week. There is also "Beerfest" during the summer. A small public library located near the elementary school.

Green space?
Lincoln Park is centrally located within the community. There is a farmer's market on tuesdays from 4-7. A mini water park, community pool, and play-ground are integrated into the park as well.

Lincoln Park
Shops?
Small clothing shops line Professor Avenue. A few upscale boutiques have popped up, other than that the community is mostly restaurant-based.
